When working online most of us are so accustomed to responsive design that we don’t even realize it is there. Responsive web design makes web pages render well on a variety of devices and windows or screen sizes. So if you look at a web page on a large monitor or a small phone screen, the information you see will respond to the change.

Because Acumatica was designed with a modern user interface, it includes responsive design. This is not something you will find in many other ERP systems, that were developed decades ago. In this video, we show you what that looks like for an Acumatica user.

“What we’re going to do here to start is to show the responsive design. I’m in Chrome and this works in all the browsers that you can think of. I just prefer Chrome. Also, I use Firefox a lot as well. With this particular responsive design, if I click minimize, you can actually see where the dashboard is resetting itself. I also want to show on a customer profile screen, where our tabs are adjusting for that flow. Then if I go back to this screen, you can see that even if I was looking at an iPad or a different device like a phone, it’s adjusting for that screen size.”
