“The first thing I’d like to talk about with the environment we’re in here is universal search. If I type “customer”, it’s going to look at four different sections. First section is going to be the menu items. You can see here where it’s finding any menu item in the system where the word “customer” is part of. If I go to transactions and I had transactions or profile screens that use the word “customer” to pull it in here. It is also going to go out to the help documents and find words like that. So that can automatically get into a process flow that’s designed by Acumatica or even personalize it for my company. I can go in and personalize that experience that the customer flow for company X allows me to process this way and have a visual documentation for my users. Then also it’s going to go through all the files that are in the system and try to find that verbage as well. Where the product is, or that word is, also in the file name.”
