Commerce order processing is an improvement in the Commerce Edition of Acumatica to adjust the transactions based on small differences in the way that charges take place, such as changing a shipping method or making changes in tax calculations after the order was taken online.

This new feature is going to save time for people that run commerce sites.

One of the issues that Acumatica users would run in with commerce processing was that there could be slight differences in the way that charges took place.

For example, you might collect $10 on your commerce site, but then someone might change a shipping address or change a shipping mechanism. The tax calculation might come out slightly different. But you already have a payment of $10. Now there is an issue that could delay invoicing and shipping.

Now, this can easily be managed in Acumatica.
