A few years back, Microsoft added the ability to both Print and E-mail Sales Documents at the same time.  Everyone liked it, so why not do this for POP – Print and Email for POP – Purchase order processing documents?

You will be happy to hear on the Dynamics GP 18.5 release, you now have the ability to Print and Email Purchase Order Processing (POP) Documents at the same time.  Previously you would have been required to print the document or range of documents, and then once that process was completed, you would have to go back into the window, mark the documents again and e-mail the documents. This feature will be useful in allowing you to print and E-mail Purchase Orders all in one process, which will save time.
