It was time for a change. The CAL Business Solutions website, www.calszone.com, gets over 7,500 visitors a month. And as of July 1, 2018 those visitors will notice the website has a new, modern design, updated content and streamlined navigation.

With over 150 pages of content it was a large project to move the entire site to a new WordPress template. The content of each main page was reviewed with the website visitor in mind. New graphics were selected that reflect the right style.

The new site has a modern architecture that allows it to be read more easily on mobile devices.  In the last year only 4% of the website traffic came from mobile devices and the company hopes to see this number increase.

Also, since CAL Business Solutions added the Acumatica product line in January 2017, the new site allows for an increased focus on this new product.

“The website redesign was a big project. We worked with an excellent web designer that guided us though each step and helped us build a new site that fits our style and our budget. Our entire team is very happy with the results.” Said Anya Ciecierski, Director of Marketing at CAL Business Solutions.

The CAL Business Solutions website is a resource for companies evaluating ERP software options. And for existing Dynamics GP and Acumatica users. The pages with the highest traffic have historically been the software list price and Dynamics GP tips pages. Now, with the increased focus on Acumatica the company anticipates an increase of traffic to those pages.

“I’m happy that our home page now matches our business aspirations.” Said Adam Sycz, CAL Business Solutions consultant.

While the main structure of the site remains the same, the company will continue to add new content to the CAL Business Solutions blog and Free Resources sections.  And new Dynamics GP and Acumatica videos, infographics and case studies are added regularly.

The new site features the CAL Business Solutions blog, with content for existing customers. And links to the ERP Software Blog, where the team publishes educational content specifically for people in the software selection process.
