SmartPost takes the pain out of the posting process in Microsoft Dynamics GP. SmartPost is one of those “set up and forget” applications that make working with GP a whole lot better. Within SmartPost you define which batches should be posted, when you want them posted, and to whom you want the posting reports emailed – and then SmartPost looks after your posting from then onward.

You need SmartPost if you fall into one of the following categories:

• You import transactions records into Dynamics GP and need the system to post these automatically. Whether you use SmartConnect, eConnect, integration Manager, or any other import tool – there is little achieved if the imported records have not been posted within GP. SmartPost completes the process and makes sure the integrated records you need posted – are posted based upon your defined schedule.
• You are tired of wasting you and your staff’s valuable time posting batches, or having your system run slow whenever posting occurs. SmartPost will let you schedule your posting to occur out of business hours to ensure no one on the team locks up their workstation during posting, and the entire system does not slow down for the duration of posting.
