$310.00 per System User. System Users refers to the number of users registered within Microsoft Dynamics GP System Manager, not the number of users who will use the product. Auditor is a simple data-change management tool which tracks field and record-level changes to your system by user. Now you can answer the Who, What,
When, Where, How, and Why of your system data. Auditor tracks old and new values of data fields, who changed them, when they were changed, and optionally can require a note for users to explain why they made a change. Now includes E-Sign for electronically signing documents inside of Microsoft Dynamics GP.

And with integration into Smartlist, reporting and security is a snap.

"This tool tracks the changes to transactions and also master records, so it'll work really well for people who are trying to monitor who is changing their customer records, perhaps changing the credit limits or hold status, address, or changing the price on a sales record that's been saved and printed. The tool requires people to add a note on why they made the change. An important feature of Auditor is that it tracks both the old and new values of a changed field, so you can retrace changes and potentially restore them to what they used to be. Please note: Auditing changes is not a built in function of GP, you'd have to actually buy another product from Microsoft to do this in Dynamics GP and that product is very limited.
