Greenshades Dynamics Payroll Inspector Core (required)

Dynamics Payroll Inspector allows you to ensure your payroll data is as accurate as possible.  Using Dynamics Payroll Inspector Core, you can validate employee addresses, move updates and Social Security Numbers.

Local Tax Manager

Dynamics Payroll Inspector Local Tax Manager ensures that you are always collecting the correct amount of local taxes by constantly keeping your local tax rates up to date. In addition to this, the Dynamics Payroll Inspector will evaluate your employees’ home addresses and worksites to ensure the correct state unemployment, and state and local withholding taxes are mapped to each employee.

Employee ACA Health Eligibility Manager

Dynamics Payroll Inspector will review employee pay records and apply the Affordable Care Act’s Full-Determination rules to determine each employee’s full-time status. Based on the determination, Dynamics Payroll Inspector will recommend whether or not the employee should be offered coverage and will notify you when that coverage should be offered. This process accounts for special new hire and special leave rules such as FMLA and breaks in service.

Employee ACA Health Coverage Manager

Dynamics Payroll Inspector will review employee human resource or pay record data to determine whether you are properly offering coverage to employees under the Affordable Care Act. This process will alert you if the provision of coverage is missing, is not adequate, or is not affordable. Whenever an alert is triggered, you will be able to update employee and dependent coverage information directly through Dynamics Payroll Inspector and have it updated in GP.

Employee Sick Leave Compliance Manager

Dynamics Payroll Inspector will review your employee’s annual leave accrual and balances to determine if you are adequately providing sick leave hours according to state or local rules. This review is currently supported for Connecticut, New York City, Seattle, Washington DC, and Portland, OR. Dynamics Payroll Inspector will alert when it does not appear that the employee has received enough hours and will allow you to update the employee’s balance to be in compliance. This logic can also enforce annual and carry-over maximums.
