"Our experience with CAL has been excellent. I wish they would support some of our other products so we could receive service of as high quality with other applications. We explored a billing and receivables system, however, our needs are very customized and complicated and the GP product was not the best fit. The CAL staff did make recommendation of other software, and this is an excellent example where CAL's support service FAR outshines the service we get from another vendor."
