Registration is due BY Monday 12/3/18 to ensure you receive the Workbook before the webinar. Any registrations submitted after 12/3/18, we will ship the workbook but CAL cannot guarantee you will receive the workbook in time for the webinar.

Costs are non-refundable, any cancellations will result in a credit on your account for the cost of the webinar, minus the $99 Workbook  (if applicable).
