CAL Business Solutions, Inc. Announces Appointment of New Principal Owners

After 44 amazing years building CAL Business Solutions from the ground up, George Mackiewicz has decided the time has come to begin his retirement. While he will still be involved, he is stepping back from daily leadership of the company and going to enjoy retirement adventures.

CAL has been George’s life’s work and passion. When he started the company back in 1982, he never imagined the journey ahead or the level of success he would achieve. “I am so grateful for the team of outstanding people and clients who have made our growth possible,” states George.

As part of this transition, CAL is thrilled to announce that Stacey Poll and John DiLeo are stepping into principal owner roles. These two exceptional executives have been with the company for a combined 29 years in leadership roles spanning Acumatica, Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365 Business Central, across multiple industries. Their contributions have been invaluable in helping our clients succeed, driving our strategic vision, creating operational excellence, and success.  They are grateful to have been mentored by George and wish him the best as he begins his retirement.

The entire team at CAL is excited and confident in passing the torch to this duo. Stacey and John deeply understand and embody the core values that have been central to CAL’s culture and performance. They are the ideal leaders to usher CAL Business Solutions into its next chapter.
