Pumpkin Spice Latte with Whipped CreamHappy fall! Or should we say pumpkin spice season… whether you love it or hate it, it’s here to stay. What is it about pumpkin spice that people love? There’s science behind it – our brains associate pumpkin spice with how we associate all the smells and flavors of fall.

But did you know, there’s NO pumpkin in pumpkin spice? That’s right, the aroma comes from spices like nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice, maybe making us think of warm apple pie.

CAL has been busy wrapping up summer projects and is starting to prepare for the year end craziness and holiday season!
