Have you received the Dynamics GP Print Error? Recently, many Microsoft Dynamics GP users have gotten an error message when they try to email or print from a Word Template. (see screenshot of error message)
Microsoft knows that this error is caused by a Microsoft Office security update that doesn’t play well with Microsoft Dynamics GP. Since this is a security update, they are not just going to get rid of it. And they also do not recommend that you do a rollback.
The Dynamics GP team at Microsoft is working to update how the system creates templates, to resolve this issue. However, in the meantime, they have provided a workaround to get those Word Document Templates emailed or printed.
