Important Updates for GP Payroll Users

Microsoft released the 2019 US Payroll Year End update and 2020 Tax updates for customers using GP Payroll.

PLEASE NOTE:

The 2019 Payroll Year End Update (ie Service Pack) is available for immediate installation. (GP2015 and up)
It MUST be installed on all workstations prior to running any Payroll year end procedures, including the process that builds the year end wage files.
Before installing 2020 taxes on the server, all 2019 pay runs must be completed and the 2019 Year End Wage

As always, customers are able to perform these Year End/tax updates without assistance from CAL but if you prefer to utilize CAL services, please call our support line at (860) 485-0910 x3 to schedule a time to apply this update.
