Once your PDF is created you can then use the email messaging feature to send out invoices, orders, and quotes right from Dynamics GP.
The Manual Way to Do This
The old way was to print a document and put it in the mail. However, many Dynamics GP users are still stuck in the habit of saving individual documents (such as invoices or quotes) as a PDF, opening Outlook, attaching the document and sending an email. Often this will be done over and over again and waste a considerable amount of time.
The Smart Way to Do This in Dynamics GP
Without leaving Dynamics GP you can set up the system to auto create a PDF and then email that PDF to the address on file underneath your customer/vendor card. You never have to leave Dynamics GP.
