Inventory Item Quick Add- This systems enhancement provides functionality to quickly add items to inventory in one simple quick step. The Item set up is done based on the defaults set up for the Item Class entered. This function can also be used to import a .csv or text file in the specified format to import multiple Items at one time.
Advanced Inventory Item Lookup- This system enhancment improves functionality when searching for inventory items. Sortable, searchable columns include Item Number, Description, and Generic Description with ‘Contains’ or ‘Begins with’ phrase search options. Display only positive On-Hand or for a specific site. Fields displayed include QTY Available, List Price, Selling UOM, and customizable IV Category column.
Advanced Payroll/GL Distribution- This system enhancement gives you the ability to override Payroll GL Distributions at the Employee Paycode level. The feature allows you to override the system generated Distribution for Earning.
.NET Requisition Purchase Order System: This system enhancement allows users to create Dynamics GP purchase order documents from outside the system. This allows you to cut PO’s quickly without tying up a Dynamics GP user license. Setup process allows you to control display of Account Numbers, Vendors, Technicians, and Departments to users. Ideal for fast paced environment needing to generate a Purchase Order to fulfill request. Application allows creation or modification of existing Purchase Orders.
