1. Call the CAL office at 860-485-0910 x 4 to arrange a session with a support consultant and receive a session code.
2. Now click this link:  http://na.ntrsupport.com/code
3. You will be prompted to enter the session code provided by your CAL support representative.
4. Click Run or Install after session has been initiated (If you have trouble during this step, be sure your pop up blocker is turned off.  Installing Active X controls will be one time occurrence)
5. Click Accept to begin your remote session.
