If I asked you "What is CustomerSource?", what would you tell me? Did you know by renewing your Great Plains support contract, you have access to one of the "TOP 10 INTERNATIONAL SUPPORT SITES"? Have you signed up for access? Do you know how to get the most out of it? Last year at Convergence, I was amazed to see how much of a sense of community there is among Great Plains users. CustomerSource is your key to that community. Some of my favorite features on the site include: Access to Sample Reports, Managed Newsgroups, Great Plains Announcements, How To Articles, and the Tech Support Knowledge Base. If you do not have access to CustomerSource, please email me. I am excited to announce our first GP Customer Seminar. "Amber's Guide to the Best of CustomerSource" It is free. Feel free to enroll as many people from your company as you would like. If the first date fills up, we can schedule additional sessions. To register for: "Amber's Guide to the Best of CustomerSource", click here. | ||
Calendar Control This is one of those “Finally!” features. Accounting and business applications deal with a lot of dates and for years, users have been requesting that a Calendar/Date control be added to the Microsoft Dynamics GP application that would allow them the ability to “look up” a date rather than just typing one. Now, wherever there is a date in Great Plains, you can use the calendar/date control feature. Contact me, Amber Bell (amberb@calszone.com), to schedule the upgrade of your system!
