Demand Manager (DM) is an easy-to-use forecasting and inventory management tool to make better stocking decisions. Integrated demand-forecasting and inventory-planning software helps you effectively manage your on-hand inventory levels.

Requirements Planner (RP) is an advanced procurement application that fills many needs within a supply-chain network-including DRP and MRP. This powerful module is an active purchase order planner that suggests replenishment quantities by item at the warehouse level. RP suggests firm orders, coordinated with inventory targets, which feed into your base ERP application for review and release. Coupled with real-time forecast data from DM, you get a time-phased inventory-replenishment plan that matches your business’s strategic objectives.

Supply Base Manager (SBM) is a browser-based application for monitoring vendor performance. Vendor performance history can be viewed and output by detailed receipts, Pareto chart, histogram, or summary format. SBM will calculate lead times based on actual vendor performance. Furthermore, supply assurance can be increased by incorporating “Safety Time”

Economic Order Manager (EOM) is a decision-support tool for management and purchasing agents that performs inventory valuation, including ABC analysis, service-level assignments, inventory simulation and performance monitoring. Planners have the ability to adjust inventory parameters that calculate the total cost of ordering and holding inventory. EOM is integrated with RP to optimize purchase from vendors and minimize inventory carrying expenses for the distributor.

Exception Signals (ES) is a tool to help you “manage by exception.” ES offers customizable alerts when statistically significant variations from your inventory management plan occur. ES monitors exceptions, captures messages from each of the core modules and presents them to buyers and planners in a prioritized order. ES also lets you add a “reason for suspension” comment to an exception when you check it off. Think of ES as a live-action to-do list to  help you proactively control problems before they get out of hand.
