a 45-60 minute conference call or meeting, George Mackiewicz, the owner
of CAL Business Solutions, will ask questions about your business
processes, your current system, your goals and more. Based on 25 years
of experience working with financial software George will help you
determine if Microsoft Dynamics GP is a good fit for your needs and your
budget. (If it is not a fit, George can often recommend other software
packages to consider.)
This preliminary discussion can help you formulate your requirements,
your budget and your timeline.

Using
the information gathered during the discovery call, and possibly
additional information requested afterwards, George will prepare and
present a tailored demo for your team at your location. The information
used during the demo will be specific to your business and your industry
so you can truly envision how it would work at your company. George will
also show any add-on products he recommends to complete your Microsoft
Dynamics GP system.

Step 3: Review Your Microsoft Dynamics GP Quote &
Proposal
There
are several components that factor into every Microsoft Dynamics GP
project. Our team will give you a fair and honest proposal that
includes all anticipated project costs including software,
implementation, customization, data conversion, training and annual
maintenance fees. We will make recommendations on any necessary hardware
upgrades and refer you to one of our hardware partners if requested. We
can also include financing options so that you can bundle all costs into
one monthly fee.
