Follow These Instructions to Start a Remote Support Session Now
- Call the CAL office at 860-485-0910 ext 4 to arrange a session with a support consultant.
- Once you are on the phone with a support consultant click this link: http://www.gotoassist.com/ph/calszone
- You will be prompted to enter Your Name, Your Company Name and choose your support representative from the drop down list.
- Press “Click Here” Button.
- You will now be prompted to download a virus free plug-in.
- With your permission your support representative can now view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard. You may end your session at anytime.
Our remote desktop sessions can also be used for training and demo purposes. The easiest way to get all the information you need without leaving your desk.
