Software Support / Implementation Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains)
Immediate, full-time opening for experienced technician to join a successful and growing Microsoft Dynamics GP Gold Partner working with new and existing clients. Responsibilities will include: The installation and/or implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP software at the client’s site. Working with clients for GP software support, as needed. Trouble-shooting issues and determining the best long-term solution. The ability to gain a basic understanding of the business work-flow of the client in varying industries.
Job requirements:
- An excellent understanding of accounting/business software required.
- Microsoft Great Plains experience a definite plus!
- Good communication and customer relationship skills.
- Strong technical background.
- Working knowledge/experience with Microsoft SQL.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and work with team to resolve.
- Project and time management skills required.
