Microsoft Dynamics GP Consultant /Accounting Software Support
Immediate, full-time opening for a self-motivated person with experience using one or more business accounting software packages to join a successful and growing Microsoft Dynamics GP Gold Partner working with new and existing clients.
Responsibilities will include:
Learning the Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly “Great Plains”) software package if your experience is not with GP. The installation and/or implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP software at the client’s site; Working with clients for GP Software support, consulting and trouble-shooting issues. Basic understanding of business workflow in varying industries and strong accounting knowledge a plus.
Job requirements:
- Accounting Degree.
- MUST have experience in, and an excellent understanding of, business/accounting software.
- Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and/or FRx/Management Reporter experience is a definite plus!
- An ability to observe and determine the workflow of the client in order to recommend the efficient use of Microsoft Dynamics GP and related products.
- Good communication and customer relations skills.
- Strong computer and software skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and work with our team to resolve.
- Project and time management skills required.
- Travel to customer sites , as necessary

Software Support/Implementation Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains)
Immediate, full-time opening for experienced technician to join a successful and growing Microsoft Dynamics GP Gold Partner working with new and existing clients. Responsibilities will include: The installation and/or implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP software at the client’s site. Working with clients for GP software support, as needed. Trouble-shooting issues and determining the best long-term solution. The ability to gain a basic understanding of the business work-flow of the client in varying industries.
Job requirements:
- An excellent understanding of accounting/business software required.
- Microsoft Great Plains experience a definite plus!
- Good communication and customer relationship skills.
- Strong technical background.
- Working knowledge/experience with Microsoft SQL.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and work with team to resolve.
- Project and time management skills required.
